This Midwest-based steakhouse chain boasts Wisconsin locations in Lake Geneva, Madison and Milwaukee as well as in Bloomington, Minn. Capitol ChopHouse is everything one would expect in a classic steakhouse. There's USDA prime beef on the menu, prime rib offered every Friday and Saturday, and a number of seafood and poultry entrees guaranteed to be favorites for the non-steak eater.
But with "chop" in its name, beef, of course, is the main attraction at Capitol ChopHouse, and premium cuts are on offer. From a 12-ounce, bone-in filet to an 18-ounce, bone-in house-cut ribeye, the selections are all Angus beef. Diners are also encouraged to enhance their steaks with lobster tail, king crab legs or red-wine demi glace.
