Metropolitan Grill - Seattle
Metropolitan Grill is classic steakhouse personified. It boasts dark, elegant accents, including refined hardwood and roomy booths, and white tablecloths, of course. The steaks at Metropolitan are personally hand selected by Executive Corporate Chef Eric Hellner.
Each Double R Ranch Prime steaks is said to be a savory combination of exacting quality and perfected custom dry aging. Cuts include filet mignon--the number-one seller at Metropolitan--plus New York strip loin, top sirloin, Porterhouse, Delmonico, ribeye and "long bone" ribeye. They're custom dry-aged with a proprietary seasonings, ensuring the most tender and flavorful beef.
There are additional cuts during lunch: skirt steak and an American Wagyu sirloin tip. There's also a prime New York steak sandwich, turkey sandwich and fish and chips during lunch.
Happy Hour occurs 3-6pm Monday through Friday at Metropolitan. Considered one of Seattle's best happy hour events, it consists of discounted food and drink specials at the bar. Bacon-wrapped tenderloin skewers, smoky buffalo wings and a slow-roasted French dip are some of the highlights on the menu.
