You'll find an abundance of appetizers on the menu, so many, in fact, that it'll likely be difficult to choose just one or two for the table. That's why Ruby River allows you to build-your-own sampler, which consists of choices like coconut shrimp, fried pickled spears, artichoke dip, cheese fries, and steak & avocado eggrolls. What's great is that all are ideal for sharing.
Steaks, of course, are the major attraction at Ruby River. Here, they are aged 21 days and cut fresh daily. Cuts range from a 12-ounce New York strip to an 18-ounce porterhouse. For a little flair, order the peppered bacon sirloin, steak Oscar, or garlic peppered rib-eye. Each steak comes with two side dishes; choose from sweet potato fries, garlic mashed potatoes, an Iceberg wedge salad, seasoned rice, and more.
Not in the mood for a hearty steak? Burgers, grilled salmon, grilled tiger prawns, and almond-crusted halibut are also on the menu.
