Read MoreAfternoons at The Palm are reserved for the "power lunch" as area workers come for the $21 special. The deal is comprised of two courses with a salad or lobster bisque to start, and a main entree of chicken parmigiana, fresh fish special or six-ounce center-cut filet topped with brandy peppercorn sauce. Additional lunch options include a USDA prime burger, shrimp rigatoni, crab cake sandwich, and a 10-ounce prime New York strip.
In addition to all the steaks being prime aged, they're seasoned with the restaurant's signature blend of spices for optimum flavor. Cuts range from a nine-ounce center-cut filet to a 48-ounce Porterhouse that's sliced tableside for two to three diners.
Guests may also choose from several Italian and seafood dishes. Entrees include gnocchi Bolognese (veal, pork, and beef bolognese with garlic toast points), bourbon-glazed king salmon, and broiled jumbo Nova Scotia lobster.
Side dishes are served family style for two or more. Highlights include wild mushrooms with a balsamic drizzle, three-cheese au gratin potatoes, lobster gnocchi, and king crab risotto.
