The Palm Restaurant Houston steakhouse

This was my restaurant choice for my birthday this year, and I must say not too bad. Valet parking, Ambiance was cozy and the live music was lovely, My steak was seasoned just right and the carrot cake sealed the deal. Good Job!

The piano nights here are amazing to listen to. It gives such a lovely h atmosphere. Also the Lobster Bisque is to die for. I have to come back here more often

Amazing! Ask for Skyler, he's an amazing server. The food was spectacular and at a great price point. The live music was an added bonus.

Great food and ambience. The staff and managers were attentive and very knowledgeable, they had wonderful suggestions. We enjoyed everything recommended. The performer was amazing, this was a great happy hour to finish off the week, we will most definitely be back. I'm also looking forward to booking an event here, the rooms are very nice and I love how each area has different themes and sizes to accommodate groups of various sizes.

Max provided excellent service. His recommendations were spot on. The lamb chops and ribeye were beyond delicious.

The staff is excellent here, so friendly and attentive and professional. The food was just so lacking. Came here for a business lunch and everything we got was just mediocre at best. My shrimp seemed to be microwaved. The thick sliced bacon appetizer was rubbery. The lobster bisque was probably the best thing we got. Disappointing really because it’s a very nice place.

Was in town for a conference and stopped here on our walk from the convention center to the hotel on a Thursday night. The venue is inviting with a lounge with a live piano singer. The seating in the dining area is nice as well. The service was friendly, yet inefficient at times. It took very long to get our entrees even though the place was pretty empty. The cocktails were perfectly made with creative twists on classics. The place is an upscale steakhouse, but for a $70 the steak a la carte was disappointing. It was overcooked. The crabcake (1 for $30) had plenty crabcake but was bland. The lobster bisque had real lobster pieces in it. The presentation of it coming in a little pot was beautiful. Overall, I would stop in to have a drink and enjoy the piano player, but skip the food.

Went for lunch. First, this is now a Landry’s that used to be 3 Forks, so go to Whataburger and just be happier. The famous Palm bacon is indescribably bad to me. The steaks are not aged. Had a 14 oz. strip for lunch. Huge bar area and small dining area. Some sort of dress code but I wore sneakers and Jeans. Go there to impress your clients with junk.
