Ruth’s Chris Steak House Fort Worth

Ruth’s Chris was great! The front staff was very nice. My husband and I ordered the porterhouse for two. Our steak was cooked to perfection! We also had cream spinach and the sweet potato casserole. Both dishes were amazing!!! Our waiter was nice and friendly and took his time to explain the way or food would be prepared. Over all we had a wonderful time. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

The waitstaff. I credit our great experience to the awesome waitstaff who went out of their way to make my birthday dinner exceptional. We started with the ahi tuna and it was stunning. For my main course, I got the surf and turf (cooked to perfection) with a side of creamed spinach. Ohhhh, the spinach. I've dreamed about it! Finally, a delicious, complimentary "Happy Birthday" cheesecake topped off the night (and with no corny singing!). It was the perfect ending to the most exceptional day.

Incredible experience. My family and I came for my 30th birthday dinner. My sister made a reservation ahead of time and when we were sat at our table they had decorated the table with birthday confetti and a card from Ruth’s Chris wishing me a happy birthday. The server, Korey, was fantastic. So attentive and personable. He made sure all of our drinks were filled and our food came out exactly perfect. I could not recommend Ruth’s Chris enough, and Korey was an outstanding server.

Decided to celebrate our anniversary here & we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked inside the restaurant until we left. Started off with rose petals on the table along with a card. Our server Richie H was amazing!! Took the time to explain in detail the menu & answered all our questions. We split the porterhouse steak, Richie went out of his way to serve us the steak & made us feel special. We received a complimentary dessert with “happy anniversary” written in chocolate perfect way to end the night! Will return & ask for Richie H! Thank you for making our dinner special!

I love Ruth Chris, however, not this location. My husband and I had reservations for Valentines day and upon arriving he let me out at the door as he had the car valeted. When I walked inside there were about 4 or 5 employees standing behind the counter laughing and talking. They looked up at me for a second and then continued to talk amongst themselves still laughing and talking. This went on for a couple minutes as I stood there looking confused. I had to actually say something to them before they would even acknowledge me. "Excuse me, I have a reservation". I gave them my name and asked if I could be seated while my husband valeted the car. The lady replies "you can do what you want it's your call" in a snappy tone. I thought to myself how can someone have such a nasty attitude with people that come into their restaurant and spend hundreds of dollars to eat? Just that small interaction ruined my perception of Ruth Chris as a whole. I've been to several locations including two locations in Hawaii and I've never encountered anything like this. I've seen other reviews about rude staff at this location and can't figure out for the life of me why these people are still employed there. My husband spent over $300 on Valentines day dinner, which was absolutely amazing but because of that brief and unpleasant interaction we will never go there EVER again. I'll take my money elsewhere! My husband disgarded the receipt for the Fort Worth location but I found the one from Hawaii. We spent less in Hawaii but still had amazing service, food, and an overall great experience. Unfortunately, not here at the location nearest to my home... and that sucks!

Superb dining experience! Service was perfect. Food was excellent. Great place for date night. Best lobster I've had in a long time. 40oz Porterhouse was perfectly cooked. Bread pudding is amazing. This will definitely be a regular place of dining for me.

My Mothers Day dinner was excellent! Thank you, to everyone there that came to work. You could've been with your family. Instead you all took the time to celebrate with every mother that came in. Special thanks to our waitress Hannah. She is absolutely adorable! Thank you sweetheart for making sure everything was perfect and being attentative!. I had a blast.

When I first arrived I was promptly seated (I made a reservation) then kinda felt like I was forgotten about until a waiter Richard Chavez came to me and asked if I had been served. The moment I said no he jumped into action and ensured I received wonderful and attentive service for the duration of my visit. He was WONDERFUL and made me truly feel like a valued customer. The food was delicious and the service was OUTSTANDING. I will definitely return and sit in whatever section he is in.

We just left the restaurant about 45 mins ago. We previously dined at Ruth Chris in Houston, New Orleans, and San Antonio with superb service and food. I would rate the Fort Worth location last on the list. I’ll start off with the bad… Garlic mash was a bit dry. My steak was medium (a bit dry) when I ordered medium rare and the plate was very dirty. I understand splatter from the butter but I didn’t think that they would let it out of the kitchen looking the way it did. Last thing was the waiter brought out the check without serving my girlfriends desert. We had to remind him that it was included with the meal. Overall, the food I had was not to the same standard I had experienced at the other locations. The good: Valet was a breeze, my girlfriend enjoyed her lobster and steak. The hostesses, waiter and managers were friendly. I hope this was a one off experience because I really like Ruth Chris.

Food is good. Our server was not interested in adding value. He was slow to warm up. He only became more into our presence when it was time to cash out. I can stay home and get a stoic presence. Do better people. This was my birthday celebration. I am not impressed the bar service was also slow.
