Mercury Chophouse Fort Worth steakhouse

I loved everything about it!! It put this restaurant up there with Eddie V's, Ruth Chris, and Del Frisco's. The live music was soothing and enjoyable. Nice for couples, friends, and business outings. The Lamb was tender and the lobster Mac was cheesy and moist. I definitely will be back.

We brought our sister here for her belated birthday lunch and we fell in love, not only was the food amazing Rachel, Teresa, Jera, Dominic, Brian, and the Chef was the best ever! They made our experience everlasting and we will be back. Teresa sang Happy Birthday.. it was great!

What an experience! The food was amazing. The steak was perfectly seasoned, was so tender you could cut it with a fork and it just melted in your mouth. The crab and lobster were perfectly cooked and the corn risotto was fantastic. We will certainly make it a point to stop here again the next time we are in Dallas.

We went for my husband's birthday and our experience was fabulous. I asked for a window table and it was a great night to watch the sunset. The seafood tower was exceptional, as always, for an appetizer. My husband's 12oz filet Oscar was perfect. The last few steaks he has gotten there have been cooked to perfection. That hasn't always been the case so this chef has it down! My crab cakes were outstanding as was my chocolate martini for dessert. Rico was a terrific attentive waiter and Chase came by to check on us several times. Mercury Chophouse is great for a special occasion or just a nice night out in Arlington. The piano player is an added bonus and he is very enjoyable to listen to anytime we are there.

I came here for a quick brunch with a friend and while I love the views and scenery, I wasn’t impressed with the food or service. My biscuit was hard and dry and when I told the server she made no attempt to correct it. The Benedict was dry, however the eggs were cooked to perfection. That was the best thing we had. Maybe the dinner is better? I may come and try that, but I would pass on the brunch for sure.

Tonight was my third and last time here. I ordered a medium rare filet, like 3 other people in my group. Theirs were perfect, but mine came out purple in the middle, super rare. I requested that it be cooked longer. It came back well done (borderline burnt) on the outside with a smaller area of purple in the middle. I asked the waitress for a new steak because there was no saving this one. When the new steak came out, it was still purple in the center. The waiter that brought it told me when I cut into it "This is what medium rare looks like. It was cooked to 135. If you want it cooked more, that's medium." I have always eaten my steak medium rare, so I know what it looks like. There should not be any purple on a steak if it were truly cooked to 135. He was basically trying to gaslight me into thinking my request for the steak and expectations were wrong. No sir. For the cost of the steak and fact this is a steakhouse, you should know what medium rare looks like. The only saving grace here was they took it off the bill, as they should. Will not be returning.

Four of us went to dinner here and it was spot on in every category! Atmosphere was great and our server ,Brian, was on top of every phase of our time there. Everyone decided on a different entree and each was top notch! The appetizers were better than advertised and the entrees and desserts were outstanding! The service there is great! We wanted for nothing and the timing of the entrees was perfect. I will most definitely be going back again and again. I highly recommend Mercury Chophouse to anyone looking for a great dining experience!!

Try the Sea Food Tower and Cheesecake. Full Review: The restaurant is on the 9th Floor, Suite #910 of the Brookhollow Two Building. The view of the sunset was breathtaking. There was some jazz music playing in the background. But it was a bit loud at one point. The bathrooms are clean and well kept, they are located outside the restaurant, in the hall of the building. Our server Danielle, made sure we were well taken care of. The place is very neat and clean. A definite luxurious experience. After we ordered our food, we received our appetizers not long after. The Sea Food Tower was a very nice blend of sweetness from the mango and the bitterness of the ginger. I really wonderful experience. My first time having escargot in butter garlic and I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. Maybe not a full plate, but one or two at most. I had the Grilled Chicken Pasta. It was a mouthful of creamy Alfredo and noodles with the perfect blend of mushrooms and the chicken tasted fresh off the flame grill. Mind you, I personally HATE mushrooms, but in this dish the sauce did a nice job of masking it's flavor and before I knew it, it was gone. My father-in-law had the Blackened Redfish, he described it as delicious and full of flavor. The Lobster Ravioli was also very rich in flavor, its sauce had a very appetizing aroma. My wife had a 8oz filet mignon cooked medium rare. It was a bit too springy, it melted a bit in your mouth but not enough to her taste. Either way, we enjoyed it. Our sides, Whipped potatoes were perfectly fluffed and tasty. The Lobster Macaroni and Cheese was delicious, the chunks of Lobster adorned it quite well and made it mouth watering to look at and smell. The burgundy Mushrooms were enjoyed by both my wife and mom, they truly enjoyed them. For desert, we had a slice of New York Cheesecake. It came with a strawberry drizzle and some berries on the side. It was the BEST cheesecake I've had in a while. To wrap it up, I would return again simply to have a Cheesecake slice and a Sea Food Tower myself. But the rest of the food is definitely a welcome enjoyment. Views are good. Service is pretty good. Steak was salty but cooked to my liking, medium rare, so I didn't mind too much salt. Extras scallops were cooked very nice and the taste of all the food would bring me back. I did have to ask three times for a glass of wine, that was unfortunate, wine was good, but getting it when you are nearly done with your meal?

It was so bad my steak was cold and it is the worst place to go I prefer the one in Keller or Fort Worth.
