Copeland’s of New Orleans - Southlake

The New Orleans-based restaurant group boasts a couple of outposts in Texas. Diners will find the same authentic, signature decor and cuisine at the Southlake location inside the Hilton Southlake Town Square.

The restaurant is festive, with colorful ambiance, lively Louisiana-themed music and food embodying the heart and soul of Southern Louisiana, with delightful takes on seafood, pasta, salads, steaks and desserts.

Some of the original dishes since the first restaurant opened in 1983 are still featured on the menu. Everything on Copeland's menu is made from scratch with only the freshest, premium ingredients. All steaks are broiled to diners' satisfaction and served with a complimentary side.Copeland's boasts the finest hand-selected, USDA-approved, 100 percent corn-fed Midwestern beef that's been naturally aged for 28 days.

Non-steak favorites range from crab-stuffed shrimp Alfredo to Copeland's signature red beans and rice.

*** The restuarant is located inside of the Hilton Hotel. Your GPS will have you confused 😕 I love Copeland's. Their food actually taste like food from New Orleans.. Love it. I ordered The crawfish ravioli. It was delicious. The cajun sauce is creamy and amazing. We ordered a fishbowl. Waitress said it had 7 different alcohols in it. It had me feeling right lol My friend had the crabcakes and shrimp Alfredo. It was tasty as well. ** You can't go wrong with the red beans and rice. Catfish, etoufee and gumbo are great as well. They have different menus. There's a brunch and dinner menu. Both have different food options. I ordered the caramel pecan cheesecake.. it was ok.. I'm a baker. It wasn't impressive to me but my friend loved it. I recommend for date night. Please go online and make a reservation

Fabi was our waitress and she was amazing. The entire experience was great. AWESOME food, quiet environment, not too bad on pricing. A little steep but it’s seafood, amazing quality and in Southlake so considering all things, it was reasonably perfect!!! We will definitely be back!

Restaurants inside hotel chains are usually sketchy. This place is ok. The server was Michael and he was very nice. The price tag was $75 for 2 people. That seems a little pricey. There are better places in the area but it will do in a pinch.

Excellent service and food. Attended a birthday celebration. The large party was handled very well. Splitting the final bill was an extra positive note. I tasted several dishes and enjoyed each one. The cocktails were delicious. The ambience is upscale and could be perfect for a date night or fun group meet up. I highly recommend trying it.

The bread pudding is very odd. It has a minty almost icing over it and then a raspberry drizzle on it. There is no description on the menu to make you aware of this. I really wish it was a traditional Bread pudding with golden raisins and a praline sauce. I only ate 2 bites because of the mint flavor. Will definitely pass on dessert next time.

We went and sat at the bar tonight for dinner and the bartenders were Joseph and Monya, they are literally the best bartenders I’ve ever encountered! From the knowledge of the liquors to the friendliness and A+ customer service!! They provided us with the best recommendations, consistently checked on us, had great conversations and was attentive to our needs. I’ve been to Copeland’s many times and this was hands down the best experience!

I had the shrimp Alfredo and it tasted very off, not the classic Alfredo taste I am used to. the spinach artichoke dip appetizer was also not my favorite. my mom enjoyed her meal tho!
