Silo Prime - San Antonio
The fourth concept from restaurant power duo Patrick and Cari Richardson, Silo Prime is situated in the downtown San Antonio Fairmount Hotel. They're also behind Nonna Osteria and Silo Terrace Oyster Bar, also at the property.

At Silo Prime, you'll find signature Silo dishes like chicken-fried oysters, stuffed quail and seared scallops on the menu, yet the main focus is steakhouse fare. Heartier highlights range from a 10-ounce, center-cut filet to the Australian lamb rack that comes with mint pesto. There are a host of complements for steaks, ranging from a half pound of king crab for $32 to Tristan Island lobster tail for $58.
Non-steak offerings include classic airline chicken that's accompanied by roast chicken jus and crispy fries; Chilean sea bass with lobster knuckles, sauteed forest mushrooms, and tarragon butter; and a double-cut pork chop.
