Situated in the Embassy Suites Downtown on the famed San Antonio Walkway, Range is part of the Jason Dady restaurant collective. It's the only steakhouse concept of the group, which also consists of Jardín Restaurant at the San Antonio Botanical Garden, Tre Trattoria at the San Antonio Museum of Art, Two Bros. BBQ Market, and Alamo BBQ Co.

To get a feel of what Range is all about, start with a couple of signature starters like the South Texas beef tartare "parisa," which is prepared with sharp cheddar cubes, poblano pepper, jalapeno pepper and mayor, or smoked brisket chili with red beans, Northern white beans, sharp cheddar and white onion.
They're certain to get your palate ready for the main event. Choose from a range of best-seller classics--that have been upgraded--such as the cast-iron seared wagyu meatloaf in a sweet honey glaze, chicken and dumplings ragout, and a garlic and thyme basted beef tenderloin filet.
There's a full list of wine and cocktails, but what's especially neat is the spritz bar. Guests choose from four different varieties, including blood orange.
