Those looking for a more relaxed experience should head to the main bar, located in the center of the dining room, where they may also catch sports or the latest stock updates. Guests may order from the main menu as well as specialized bar fare.
The menu mostly consists of perfectly cooked prime aged steaks made with USDA prime steak, ranging from an eight-ounce filet mignon to a 32-ounce Tomahawk ribeye. Non-steak eaters can go for generous portions of the prime double-cut pork chop, rack of lamb or roast chicken. Seafood lovers may choose from the “fish of the day,” Chilean sea bass and cold water rock lobster tail. Share-able accompaniments include roasted mushrooms, off-the-cob cream corn and sautéed spinach.
The bar proves to be a popular watering hole for those looking for an upscale place to meet after work. Friends and colleagues may chat over sliders, roasted garlic hummus and lamb meatballs.
