Bohanan's Prime Steaks and Seafood - San Antonio
Classic steakhouse is how Bohanan's may be best described. The San Antonio-based eatery relishes in its well-deserved reputation with reclaimed pinewood floors, mesquite-grilled meats and a specialized cigar menu.
Just a few of the entrees offered from the mesquite grill include marinated quail, prime tenderloin medallions and rack of lamb. There's even a vegetarian option, which consists of seasonal wild mushrooms, asparagus, spinach and fettuccine pasta.
For steaks, the cuts are classic and prime--of course. They range from a 12-ounce ribeye to a 40-ounce Porterhouse. They're matched well with a number of classic steakhouse as well as chef-driven sides. Highlights include roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grilled wild rice pancakes and lobster creamed corn.
Bohanan's lunch menu offers a number of sandwiches (Maine lobster roll, classic Reuben, BLT) made with local artisan breads and served with signature white truffle crisps and house-brined pickles.
