At the San Antonio location, Bob's fits right in, particularly for business diners or for those celebrating a special occasion. It positions itself as a classic steakhouse offering prime steaks and sides that complement the main event well.
All steaks and chops are served with a glazed carrot, plus a choice of baked potato, smashed potatoes or skillet-fried potatoes topped with sautéed onions and peppercorn gravy. The meat offerings are hand-cut and selected by the chef. And those choosing to eat non-meat entrees have a nice choice of options, from cold water lobster tails to one half roasted duck topped with green peppercorn sauce.
