Halls Chophouse - Greenville
Halls Chophouse is one of the highlights of RiverPlace, a mixed-use community that's part residential, part retail biz and part business oriented. The Hall Management Group, which is also behind Post House Inn, High Cotton and Rita's, built their second outpost of Halls Chophouse on the first level of this complex.
They're using 100 percent Allen Bros. steaks--considered some of the best U.S.D.A. steaks in the business--and they're dry aged and wet aged for a minimum of 28 days. Diners will be happy to know that Halls also use local and sustainable ingredients whenever possible, plus they utilize a number of artisanal purveyors and farmers when using seasonal dishes.
Non-steak menu items include Prestige Farms roast chicken breast, Maple Leaf Farms braised duck and for vegetarian guests, chefs will create a custom-designed experience.
