Ruth's Chris Steak House, in fact, boasts locations all over the country and it's known best for USDA prime steaks--from a filet to Porterhouse for two prepared tableside--cooked at 500 degrees. This was my first experience at Ruth's Chris. If I could, I would give it an infinite number of stars. The appetizers of crab stuffed mushrooms and the ahi tuna with pickled veggies were just enough to share without being heavy and too filling. The garlic mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy. The creamed spinach was the very best I've had in more than 30 years. But the sweet potato pecan crusted casserole ... 😍😍😍 It was delicious! Oh, then there was the steak, the scallops, the stuffed chicken, the salmon and the bass. It was all so very very very good. I can't wait to go back!!!

NOT WORTH the HYPE The food was ohkay. I felt like my chicken & the fish was undercooked. The service was VERY slow. I sat at the bar & still felt kinda invisible. People rant & rave about this OVER priced place but I didn't enjoy my visit at all.

We had our wedding reception in the Wine Room last weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Servers were great, the food was top notch, as always. Special thanks to the GM Mark for ensuring everything went so smoothly. He went above and beyond and we are so very grateful. Kathi, our Private Dining Manager was so great throughout the whole process of planning and choosing our menu. I would highly recommend Ruth's Chris to anyone for an amazing meal and great atmosphere. Thanks again for making our day so special! ❤️

Such a disappointing experience. The food was wonderful, drinks delicious. However the service and staff were absolutely terrible. They made it obvious from the moment we entered unless we looked older and wealthy they would not be giving us any type of service. Me and my boyfriend were very excited to dine here however the waiter and staff barely checked on us, messed up our steak temperature order and made it known we were not the priority. For the amount of money I had to pay to feel less than is just sad. Will definitely be loosing us as customers, very very disappointed.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Zero exaggeration, I’ve received better service at McDonald’s. Our server was pretty much nowhere to be found most of the night. I had to go grab a pitcher and refill my own water, and ask the busboy for more bread. Then comes our steaks; we ordered medium for my girlfriend and medium rare for me. She got medium rare, borderline rare, and I got medium well. So then we waited again for them to make new steaks. Mine came out right, but my girlfriend’s was pretty much well done (picture). To top off our nightmare of an experience, the manager, Kim, stopped by all 3 other tables within our dining area to see how everyone was doing except us. If you’re old and act like you’re rich, you get lots of attention. When they see a young couple, they presume you’re poor and hence, deserve no attention. We would never even consider stepping foot in this place again, even if it were free. Such a miserable experience! Goes to show that star ratings aren’t always accurate.

Came for a birthday dinner with family and friends. Was shocked how badly our waitress messed up the orders and also tried to say it’s not her fault. We really clearly gave each person’s order with clearly explained details. After bringing wrong food items she tried to blame us for giving wrong orders. I for one allergic to some ingredients so there was never a chance for me to order food I’m allergic to. She said kitchen will redo but still brought me wrong food second time.And it happened with most of our orders. We also ordered dessert and tea and coffee assuming she can’t mess that up. Guess we were wrong. We were a group of mature and intelligent people and for a wait staff telling us we ordered wrong is just very unprofessional. Very unusual experience with this restaurant with the price tag it has. We dined there many times before and it was always professional and great. Very disappointed and wasted money

We go to a Ruth's Chris every year for our anniversary and on occasions in between. You can never go wrong with the filet & the stuffed chicken breast! Garlic Mashed, Grilled Asparagus, Broccoli, Lobster Mac&Cheese, Scalloped Potatoes!! Sides are big enough to share!!!

The wait staff was awesome. The steak was very raw,but good. The brussel sprouts were burnt. The lobster bisque soup was very watery. The potatoes were good, but was no better than Bob Evan's, that you buy at a store. The desserts were very good. The main course, crab cakes were excellent. And the stuffed mushrooms were absolutely delicious. (We both got the stuffed mushrooms and we both got dessert.

Amazing food , drinks and steaks. 40oz tomahawk was delicious Professional stuff always there for you. We were there two times and can’t wait to go there again

Daniel was an awesome waiter! There was a table of 10 behind us that had 3-4 servers to handle them. We just needed Daniel! Food is excellent and worth the money. Brussel sprouts are on the next level! Reason for 4 star not 5?- we ordered 2 cowboy ribeyes med. 1 came out perfect, the other was too rare. They cooked it and sent it back perfect. Still, you want to eat together nit 10 min apart from each other.

Four of us wanted to celebrate and get a dinner at the "best" place we knew in the area. My brother and I both ordered our steaks medium. Mine was good but his was overcooked so he asked for another one. We were all done by the time his came out. The second one is the one in the photo. It was as rare as could be and couldn't be eaten. It was removed from the bill but after 2 hours he left without eating dinner. 2 stars because Victoria had good service.

We came in for a birthday and it was by far the best experience we have ever had. Our steaks were cooked perfect and absolutely delicious. The service was top notch from the start to the end. We had Kevin as our server and he exceeded our expectations. His customer service was outstanding, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I highly suggest asking for him. We will definitely be returning. :)

Great improvement over our last visit. Service was much improved. Food was high quality. Highly recommend lobster mac and cheese. Atmosphere in main dining room is great, other rooms could benefit from a decor update
