Well, couldn’t even “experience the experience”. I made reservations in advance days prior for a nice quiet birthday dinner. I get a call about 3 1/2 hours before the reservation asking me if I am going to be able to make. I said yes. The woman then tells me that there is only seating at the bar. On the notes for the reservation I specifically said I did not want to be near the bar. A nice quiet table. She informs me that there was no other seating available except for bar seating and that’s what I chose. I specifically asked not to be at the bar and you call me three hours later saying that there are no seats left except for bar seats and that’s what I chose and I made the reservation days in advance?? Sorry. Not flying here. I get a rude, one sentence response and then there is silence. The poorest customer service. But hey when you’ve been in business as long as they have I guess customer service and politeness doesn’t need to be a necessity anymore. I’m sure the steak would’ve been good but you can’t get my business treating me like that. I’d rather have a mediocre steak with a smile and some courteous interaction after a long work week than Ms. Ignorance’s cold and callous demeanor. To make matters worse they called five minutes before a scheduled late afternoon massage at Rizzieri (which was great I might add) to start the birthday weekend off. Almost had me too mad 😡 to even continue. Glad I did. It helped to offset the poor experience I had just had over the phone. Well I guess we’ll have to hastily find another restaurant to fit in before the scheduled movie reservations later on. Thanks Ruth!!! 👎 👎

I cant imagine having a bad thing to say about this place. Went for my birthday and had an incredible meal. Service was spectacular (ask for Ayanna) and very attentive. I will be going back to this particular site. It's my favorite so far. Very quaint.

It was alright. I honestly didn’t get much of a flavor palette from anything here. I think the calamari could do without the thai chili sauce. It just soaked it and took away the crispiness. The steak was cooked perfectly. The sides were not that great. Can’t go wrong with mashed potatoes but the Mac n cheese was underwhelming and so were the mushrooms.

Not as good as the old one in King of Prussia, anyway our waiter was very nice, but the tables were not crumbed as we are used to in these fine dine...

Overall we had a good experience. However, when we first arrived for our reservation, we still had to wait another 15 minutes as tables were not cleaned and clear. Understandable…. But then a couple came in after we were waiting and they were seated immediately. They had a reservation as well. But I confused why we had to wait for tables to be cleaned yet the other couple was seated right away. Other than that, the food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. Definitely would dine again. And this is our first time back to Ruth Chris since the pandemic started. Also, wasn’t a fan of the lobster bisque soup. No chunks of lobster and it left a weird after taste.
