Urban Farmer - Portland
There are four locations for the steak-focused Urban Farmer, including this one in Portland, Oregon, located on the eighth-floor atrium of the chic Nines Hotel. Urban Farmer offers breakfast, brunch, dinner and lounge dining. For those staying at the hotel, guests may also order room service. Expect classic breakfast dishes such as omelets and buttermilk pancakes in the morning, and for dinner, the highlight is a range of beef options.
There is grass-fed Oregon beef, pasture-raised, grain-finished beef, as well as corn-fed beef. Highly recommended is the New York steak tasting, which is great for sharing. For $72, you'll get a six-ounce portion of Oregon grassfed, prime, and 30-day dry-aged beef. Non-steak options included roasted salmon, seared scallops and smoked chicken.
