Beyond terrible service and food. The server was so inept that it seemed like we were on one of those secret gotcha videos where people are idiots on purpose. My medium steak came as an instruction manual about the various temperatures that meat can be served. On a gradient..it went from well done at one end to nice and rare at the other. There were some mushrooms which looked like they'd been drowned brutally in a bottle of olive oil. My kids had mac and cheese which clearly were in Velveeta sauce. Broccoli sides looked like they came from the fruit ninja game. One star for the sub-par comedy course meal. Took the server three trips to our table before he remembered to tell us his name. Still waiting on that bread Caleb...

Really nice food and decor. Service was professional - I had a human as a waiter and not a robot. The only thing that bummed me out was my girlfriend and I dressed up a bit since the dress code is "business casual" but probably half the people there were seated without meeting that standard. I'm guessing they loosened up because the restaurant was only about half full at 7 on a Saturday. Overall a nice experience and I'd like to go back in the future for special events.

Mitchell’s Steakhouse serves delectable steaks and sides, and their cocktails and wine list are second to none. It was our first visit, and we will definitely be back! The service was amazing, and the atmosphere is lovely. (Of note: This is NOT a Cameron Mitchell restaurant. The couple behind us tried to use a gift card and were unable to.)

It was ok. I have had better steaks for the price and the service was a weird experience. There were like 4 different people that came by to take care of us. Then when we wanted to leave we couldn't find our server.

It's no longer associated with Cameron Mitchell, so your gift cards for Cameron Mitchell aren't honored there. Very good steak, excellent desserts and wait staff. Highly recommended, albeit pricey...

An outstanding dining venue. Very elegant. Incredibly warm and inviting. Amazing menu with delicious great drinks. Dawson was a fantastic server.

We were out celebrating our anniversary tonight for dinner. For starters, our waitress was brand new to the floor. She made a couple of minor errors, but we were very polite and gave her the benefit of the doubt. When the bill was brought to the table, I noticed a QR code to pay the bill electronically, I informed the waitress that I was in the process of doing that, (Maybe she didn’t hear me). I completed paying the bill with the tip and the receipt was sent to my email address. We got up and walked out of the restaurant. While we were waiting for our rental car, a security guard came out and said we walked out without paying. The waitress came outside and I showed them both the receipt that was just emailed to me that showed it had been paid. She said she had to go check with her manager. This process took a few minutes, and eventually they said we were good. I have dined in many places and I have never been accused of not paying my bill. This was for my anniversary and I am extremely disappointed with how the waitress and the manager handled the situation. The manager never even came out to apologize for the misunderstanding! I have never been so offended in my entire life.

Last of the fine dining options I had yet to try a Polaris and it was a huge disappointment. Chose to eat at the bar and that's on me. Ordered the wagyu...
