XO Prime Steaks - Cleveland
The modern steakhouse conceived by Croatian-born restaurateur Zdenko Zovkic continues to thrive long after the original Cleveland location opened in 2003. XO Prime Steaks is slick and sexy, and serves as one of bona fide hot spots in Cleveland's trendy Warehouse District.
The ambiance exudes a warm and contemporary vibe, from the rich chocolate-brown walls and cowhide accents to ostrich-leather covered stools and banquettes. Other notable accents include the 2,000 strands of steel beads draping the bar wall, creating a dramatic backdrop for a sexy and exclusive lounge experience.
At the bar, guests can look forward to updates on classic cocktails (think Black Walnut Manhattan, Cucumber Jalapeño Collins) as well as small plates such as crab cake sliders, spicy grouper tacos and oven-roasted baby back ribs.
In the dining room, of course, it's all about USDA steaks, chops and seafood. You'll find a 10-ounce double-cut filet as well as a 24-ounce Wagyu Tomahawk ribeye. There are also king crab legs and butter-poached lobster for those abstaining from meat.
