My colleague and I walked in to a kind and friendly reception and greeter without a reservation, and he was able to get a 2 top for us. Frank was our server. Not only did he provide the absolute best recommendations, he added some humor to our evening. He truly lead us through an incredible experience. He was attentive and helpful in all ways to make sure we enjoyed our meal and drinks tonight. The deviled eggs were delightful with a nice hint of heat. The French 580 was delicious! The garlic shrimp linguine was light and divine. Creamy-spicy crab dip was amazing. The half baked chocolate chip cookie a la mode...YES!!! If you decide to dine here, Frank is your guy. We truly appreciated our dinner experience and next to last evening in Cincy because of him. Definitely planning a return to the city and this restaurant again. Service and food are superb!

I've been here a few times and normally I enjoy it, but last time I went it was just fine. Took my parents and my wife out to celebrate an occasion, and honestly didn't really think much of my steak, nor do I believe my dad did either. It ended up being a pretty plain experience, which is a bit off-putting since the price isn't really for that. Last visit I'd honestly give a three star, but I'm giving four stars overall just because my other visits were fine previously.

They killed it!! Service and food all on point. They even out my wife and I’s names with Happy anniversary on the menus! Outstanding!! Steaks were on point!! The 2 person meal for $200 was a great deal And delicious! Well done! And the lady who was singing live was also very good! Highly recommend!

All food was excellent and service too. Steaks cooked perfect and 2+ person sized side dishes a la cart. Atmosphere was personal and not crowded but music was too loud and not relaxing. I liked it though...kinda 80s 90s soft alternative mix. Bathroom was clean but both soaps were empty and no towels...only air dryer thing.

Prime Cincinnati is an underrated Gem with the highest regard on guest experience. Upon entering, the Host will introduce themselves and welcome you as if you are entering their home. The restaurant is looked after by a Husband and Wife team and their son who's mission it is to serve their guests. The incessant attention to detail is evident in the service, food, ambiance and decor. I know this town has some great steaks but the steaks here are grilled to perfection and are next level. Everyone that bites into one of their steaks for the first time literally has a reaction where they are taken back for a moment. This is one of the nicest restaurants in town and my new favorite.

Prime Cincinnati was a fantastic dinner experience. The service was prompt and attentive. I had the 16oz prime Delmonico Ribeye with an onion and mushroom topper and my wife had the scallop risotto. We had a side of their mash potatoes. My steak was incredibly delicious and tender. The steak was almost "melt in your mouth" and I normally don't order or eat mushrooms but their onion and mushroom topper was so delicious that we're trying to recreate it at home. The potatoes were phenomenal and although I did not sample the scallop risotto I was told it was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully soon.

The finest dinner we've had in a long time! Steaks cooked to perfection, crisp salads, delicious desserts. The truffle mashed potatoes were to die for! Our servers were attentive and all around wonderful. Can't beat the $7 martini either. My cosmo was delicious! We'll deserved 5 stars
