Since 1926, The Palm has been combining classic steakhouse fare with home-style Italian cuisine. That's because owners and Italian natives Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi wanted to pay homage to their hometown of Parma, Italy. The menu highlights prime-aged steaks, jumbo Nova Scotia lobsters and dishes like veal marsala, chicken parmigiana and linguine and clam sauce.
The Palm continues to be family owned, with multiple locations across the country--and globe--including this East Hamptons outpost in the Huntting Inn. The classic steakhouse is a popular summertime hangout for celebrities, socialites and politicians which make up its impressive customer base.
The prime steaks are corn fed, hand selected and aged a minimum of 35 days. Also, for those looking for non-meat options, Chilean sea bass, premium lobsters from Nova Scotia and more are offered.
