In a city of new and shiny restaurants opening on the regular, it's hard to stand apart when you've been around for more than 30 years. But that's not the case for THE Steak House, situated in the iconic Circus Circus hotel on the Vegas Strip.

There's a glass-enclosed, dry-aging room that's viewable from the main dining room, plus guests may watch their steaks being prepared over an exhibition-style, open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler.
Each entree comes with freshly baked breads, a vegetable of the day, plus your choice of black bean soup or house
salad and garlic mashed potato, baked potato or wild rice blend. Entrees range from a New York strip and Porterhouse to Alaskan king crab and sweet chili-glazed salmon.
