THE Steak House at Circus Circus - Las Vegas

Read MoreIts old-school status aside, THE Steak House is also a bit of a showpiece, which should not come as a surprise in splashy Las Vegas. There's a glass-enclosed, dry-aging room that's viewable from the main dining room, plus guests may watch their steaks being prepared over an exhibition-style, open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler.
Each entree comes with freshly baked breads, a vegetable of the day, plus your choice of black bean soup or house
salad and garlic mashed potato, baked potato or wild rice blend. Entrees range from a New York strip and Porterhouse to Alaskan king crab and sweet chili-glazed salmon.
