Main attractions for The Palm's dinner menu are classic across the board. First, the prime beef is corn-fed, hand-selected, and aged a minimum of 35 days. That includes a 14-ounce New York strip, 16-ounce veal chop, and 22-ounce bone-in ribeye. Other options include broiled jumbo lobster, linguine with white clam sauce, and chicken parmigiana.
