Relishing in a nostalgic concept is The Broiler, a fun steakhouse concept situated in the Boulder Station Hotel & Casino. The restaurant is warm and inviting, as much as a hotel eatery can be, with vintage black-and-white portraits, tufted leather booths, warm crimson hues, and a live chef viewing area as highlights.

There's a full beverage menu at The Broiler, consisting of plenty of wine and beer selections. Cocktails are also plentiful here and some features are seasonal, such as the spiced apple Old Fashioned.
