Texas de Brazil - Las Vegas
The fun, interactive dining experience at Texas de Brazil is always a key attraction during brunch, lunch or dinner. The concept boasts dozens of locations across the country, including right here in Las Vegas.
Read MoreThe festive venue fits right in the Magic City, which is vibrant enough, and the dining experience is over the top. While buffets in Vegas are plentiful, Texas de Brazil's meat-centric certainly stands apart.
Choices are abundant here, which is why it's a favorite for larger groups. Also, the theatrics of the experience are a draw. Each diner is given a chip with green (go) on one side, and red (stop) on the other. When the chip is placed on the green side, the servers keep coming to the table with the grilled meats. When it's turned to the red side, they stop coming.
The meats are cooked over an open flame with natural wood charcoal; they range from parmesan-crusted pork loin to filet mignon wrapped in bacon. The salad bar offers guests the opportunity to customize their plates with chef-crafted salads, roasted vegetables, imported cheeses and charcuterie.
And a variety of hot items also come to the table. They include the likes of house-baked cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas.
