Here, Lopez showcases his interpretation of classic steakhouse fare, which includes accents of Central American flair. It starts with thoughtful appetizers like black ceviche of king crab and scallop ceviche on a bed of ice with a side of crisp yuka chips and seared scallops drizzled with sweet pineapple balsamic butter.
Entree choices are plentiful, and include steak choices such as a 50-ounce tomahawk, 28-ounce Delmonico, and filet mignon. A 35-ounce bison tomahawk, pan-roasted salmon, and pan-roasted airline chicken round out the menu.
