The whimsical, somewhat outrageous decor of the Paris hotel steakhouse matches the fiery personality of its owner, the internationally renowned chef Gordon Ramsay. It's no surprise because this is Vegas, after all, with the decor ranging from a towering ceiling splashed with the Union Jack Flag to a dramatic, winding staircase leading up to the second level.
Ramsay’s cuts of prime beef are aged to perfection under a program directed by his culinary team. The menu includes everything you'd expect from a steakhouse of this caliber, from steaks and chops to Alaskan king crab legs and beef Wellington.
For those wishing to up the ante, a chef's table is available. That allows diners to get a better vantage point of the kitchen and goings on. In addition to the regular menu, there is also a Hell’s Kitchen Limited Edition Tasting Menu. It's $145 per person.
