Gallagher's Steakhouse - Las Vegas
With locations also in Atlantic City and Las Vegas, Gallaghers Steakhouse's original restaurant is situated in the heart of Midtown New York. It's been a staple since 1927, and its prime location makes it a popular spot for Broadway theatergoers as well as those visiting Times Square.
It makes sense that the Vegas outpost is located in New York New York Hotel & Casino. Its setting is a re-created “Greenwich Village,” with a circular bar to meet friends or relax with a martini and people watch.
The restaurant specializes in USDA prime dry-aged steaks, with offerings like Porterhouse for up to four diners, New York sirloin and a 14-ounce filet mignon. The prime beef is aged 21 days or more in a humidity-controlled meat locker. Other menu highlight range from Irish organic salmon to split Alaskan king crab legs.
