Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse - Las Vegas
The Texas-based restaurant group brings a little Southern hospitality to the desert with its premier steakhouse concept. The award-winning Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse (Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence from 2000-2013) specializes in USDA prime beef and Australian cold water lobster tail. The two together--of course--are magical and that continues to be the restaurant's top selling duo.
Other steak choices include a 12-ounce prime ribeye, the signature Double Eagle bone-in prime strip, and Osso Bucco roasted veal shank. Seafood options are especially a big draw, from the crab cake drizzled with Cajun lobster sauce to Shanghai-style fried calamari dressed in a sweet chili glaze and accompanied by bean sprouts, cherry peppers, crushed peanuts and scallions.
The restaurant also boasts an enviable wine list. It spans the globe with more than 1,400 selections from which to choose.
