The Palazzo hotel is home to one of the ritziest steakhouses in Las Vegas. Owned by famed chef Wolfgang Puck, CUT is a modern destination with all luxuries of fine dining, beginning with a posh setting filled with custom-designed chandeliers and a horde of plush booths. There's also a private-dining room enhanced with photos of celebrities like Denzel Washington and Brad Pitt.

For starters, there are wagyu sliders with truffle aioli, Maine lobster salad, oysters on the half shell, and caviar from Russia and Israel. Those choosing to do a seafood plateau get a daily chef's selection.
Most steak options are either dry or wet aged, and range from an eight-ounce filet to 19-ounce bone-in rib chop. Or, for those who are sharing, there's a 32-ounce porterhouse, 40-ounce bone-in ribeye, or 50-ounce bone-in wagyu ribeye. Also available is a three-pound whole roasted Maine lobster.
