It's indeed the type of destination where you'd spot a famous face. The menu, of course, is certainly a draw for those with deep pockets.
For starters, there are wagyu sliders with truffle aioli, Maine lobster salad, oysters on the half shell, and caviar from Russia and Israel. Those choosing to do a seafood plateau get a daily chef's selection.
Most steak options are either dry or wet aged, and range from an eight-ounce filet to 19-ounce bone-in rib chop. Or, for those who are sharing, there's a 32-ounce porterhouse, 40-ounce bone-in ribeye, or 50-ounce bone-in wagyu ribeye. Also available is a three-pound whole roasted Maine lobster.
