Center Cut Steakhouse - Las Vegas
Las Vegas' oldest hotel, of course, features a steakhouse on premises and Center Cut is everything you'd expect it to be: dimly lit with a black-and-white retro theme harking back to the property's storied legacy.
Center Cut is located near the Flamingo hotel's main entrance to The LINQ and boasts an "old Vegas," fine-dining ambiance complemented by a traditional steakhouse menu. You'll enjoy premium beef and other meats through U.S.-raised cows, 100 percent free of hormones and steroids. Highlights of that menu include classic cuts, from a 24-ounce Porterhouse to slow-roasted, salt-crusted prime rib.
Diners are encouraged to top their steaks with Dungeness crab or foie gras add-ons or order filet "Oscar" style with crab meat, asparagus and béarnaise sauce. Other high points on the menu include splurges such as the 20 oz. ribeye, the Kobe burger or lobster tail with filet.
