Canal Street offers a New Orleans-inspired setting, complete with music and energy. You'll find U.S.D.A. prime steaks and seafood options on the menu, plus a number of entrée specialties. Standard steak offerings include an 18-ounce prime rib chop, prime flat iron steak and prime filet mignon.
It was voted "best gourmet restaurant" by readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal and one of the reasons being for specialty dishes such as grilled shrimp caprese, Chilean sea bass Napoleon and the stuffed veal chop.
