Ruth's Chris Steak House boasts locations all over the country and it's known best for USDA prime steaks--from a filet to Porterhouse for two prepared tableside--cooked at 500 degrees. Specialty entrees include Caribbean lobster tail, chicken breast stuffed with garlic herb cheese, and lamb chops served with fresh mint.

In addition to this location being a popular spot for dinner, it's also a favorite for Ruth's Chris' "Sizzle Swizzle Swirl Happy Hour." The Monday through Friday program offers drinks and food at a discount, which includes $8 burgers, a crab BLT and more.

Service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Food was average. Hot appetizer came out cold, second firing was only slightly better. Sides were less then average. 8 people ate dinner and 5 of the steaks were cooked improperly. Manager did come to the table and offer to make it right, but everyone ate their steaks as thr flavor was great, just not cooked as requested.

We can back to one of our favorite restaurants after moving away 5 years ago. Beyond disappointed. We sat at the empty bar for 10 minutes before we were even greeted. Half of the lighting in the bar had burned out bulbs and the ones that we on were full of dead bugs. We had one drink then moved to the dining room. Several tables were not bussed and the restaurant was sweltering . We were ushered back to the high top tables in the bar. The appetizers were cold and soggy as was the salad. There was no one to help bus the tables so plates were piling up quickly. Just when we thought it couldn’t be any worse I used the lady’s room which was an absolute disgrace. We were done. It was such a disaster! I have to blame the management, it starts at the top!

Great atmosphere. The older gentleman waiter was great and an awesome example of a true professional. Food was pretty decent. I know I might be beating a dead horse here but the steak was a bit buttery and was masking the flavor of the meat. Ps: Expensive. Might be worth it taking someone out on a special occasion who really likes steaks and you don't feel like whipping out your grill or a cast iron skillet.

This ended up being a horrible experience. Our food was ok, no complaint. The service was really bad. - My daughters' glasses were taken away, never replaced until we asked for water. - My husband joined the table 10 minutes later than the rest of the part (it was about 10 of us). No one came to him to offer him a drink or even bring him a wine glass so that he would be able to drink from the bottle of the wine that was at the table. - 3 teas were ordered. Cups and teabags came, with only one small pot of water for one person. - After our dinner, this is what we were told, "those who ordered "Ruth's Classics" get a cheesecake with it. Do you want to take it home with you or eat it here?" The rest of the table (7 people) were not even asked if they want dessert or they want to look at the dessert menu. Of course, when we asked for she reluctantly brought the menu. - At the beginning of the dinner we asked her if she knows which families are together to split the check, to which she responded at Ruth Chris we do not do that. The manager came over and told us they would do it for us. At the end of the dinner, she came and asked: who is picking up the 3 bottles of water and the wine. We asked her please divide it 3 ways (3 families) on our checks and she said we cannot do that! All and all, she did not want to be there or work. and I do not go back to Ruth Chris to get this level of service. This is not my first time at this restaurant nor at this branch, but this is certainly the worst I have seen at RC or any other restaurant of the same caliber.

Overall, the food is good. I would not say 5 stars because the flavor of the filet mignon could be better, the berries were tart, the Arnold Palmer was more bitter than I prefer, and the salad had too much dressing. The food is served hot, 500 degree plates. It is a place to dine once or twice a year, but there are less expensive alternatives that will suffice or satisfy your palette. The food is served in a time spatial manner, so that you can eat and appetizer and wait for the entrée and dessert, so you end up having an 1 hour and a half to two hour dining experience. I have been twice so far in 11 months.

Love this place, food and service was top notch! Got the Tomahawk steak, garlic mash and creamy spinach a couple of drinks, bread pudding and cheese cake. Everything was made to perfection. The food and service was 10/10.

Very good environment, good vibes all around. However, the filets we got we over done and slightly fatty. In addition, there was not much flavor to the steak overall. The sides were a very nice proportion. The drinks did not come very steadily and we waited a long time to get the next round. Our sever was not the faster one out there. My mother only had two glasses of wine compared to her usual five. DO NOT sit at the table in the corner; she’s a wobbly one. From this experience today, I would say if you want a good steak and a good price, go to your local Longhorn.

Food presentation - beautiful. Our server Jason was superb. The decor is elegant and warm. But that's as far as the good goes. Starting at the end of the story, the manager did the right thing and credited our bill for the poor experience, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. After four calls and two days of going back and forth with the restaurant's front desk, who had to put us by the bar because they were booked three months in advance, not only did we get a main room table, but turned out almost half the room was completely empty. Our lunch took exactly three hours. Why? Because it took almost two hours to get our main course. The wait time between courses was insane. When the food finally arrived the steaks were tasteless rubber soles. Dry, no flavor, barely spiced. The side dishes were drenched in oil and still managed to taste more like fast food rather than a high end steakhouse. Let me take the last part back. This restaurant is basically a complete rip off that masquerades itself under a high-end facade. I, as anyone, would expect exceptional food, taste and service for about $150 per person lunch. Given the experience we had it's appalling they have any visitors at all! And after seeing so many empty tables I now understand why. Save your money, go anywhere but.

Recent experiences disappointing from what Ruth Chris used to provide. Happy hours were outstanding and reasonably priced high quality service and food. It was elegant. Now they can't even change a light bulb and the prices have gone. Sky high quality has decreased.. we're hoping future management situation will improve as we are regulars

Our first time at a Ruth's Chris. Celebrating our anniversary. Staff was very friendly, the dinning room was bigger than expected so there was no wait. One of the best steaks I have ever had. Wife had the Sea Bass, which she loved. Pricey, but a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion

Personally I don’t find the food flavorful. I’ve definitely been to better steak houses, flavor wise. If I was rating the taste I’d say 2 stars. But the servers were amazing and accommodating. Good recommendations and conversation. Treated my party very well. Went on a Monday rainy evening so it was rather empty. But definitely enjoyed the act of sitting down and dining in the establishment more than anything else. The drinks were also very good.

This was my first time at Ruth Chris and we were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We were greeted by pleasant staff and the table had a touch of festivity which I appreciated. Unfortunately the experience overall left a lot to be desired. There was only one person refilling water, limited wine selection by the glass and the menu is unjustifiably overpriced. I have no problem paying for quality, but from the lobster bisque, crab cakes, and stuffed mushrooms- the quality was subpar and not what you would expect from a $$$$ rated restaurant. The family style sides were saturated in butter and I’m pretty sure potatoes were instant. Actually, instant might have been better. While I appreciated not being rushed from appetizer to entree, our entrees were not served until almost 10pm on a 7pm reservation and the restaurant was not that busy. We will not be back and I would not recommend to anyone.

Unbelievable experience. Fantastic food, super fabulous server- Deborah. Polite, helpful staff We had porterhouse for two with creamed spinach and garlic Mashed potatoes- OUTSTANDING!! My sea bas , which I requested without butter was so flaky and flavourful. Appetizers- spicy shrimp and crab cakes were done to perfection. We're repeat diners and celebrate special moments here often

My 1st time, and it was my birthday! It was AMAZING!!! My waiter was training someone and I was so amazed by his detail to her without even stagnating the hospitality for my table. The place was perfectly lit, the food was fresh and hot, and even though it was a nice sized amount of guests, the waiters continuously catered to all tables and made certain that we had everything we needed. Great job to the entire staff!! See you guys again soon!
