What they're particularly proud of are the bison offerings, which are plentiful on the menu. Highlights range from a bison meatloaf sandwich topped with pepper jack and grilled onions on ciabatta to bison brisket served with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, and buttered carrots.
Steaks at Ted's are aged and hand-cut in an on-premise butcher shop. Before they're cooked, each is seasoned and finished with lemon butter. Offerings include a 12-ounce New York strip, eight-ounce filet, and 14-ounce Delmonico rib-eye.
There are also seafood and poultry entrees, burgers, and a kids' menu of chicken tenders, grilled cheese, and a bison sirloin.
