Nawhhh I'll pass. This location is not the It Girl place Ruth Chris has a reputation of being an Upscale restaurant I want disappointed I will not be back.

Nate and Bob are the best wait staff this location has to offer. My husband and I recently celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary here and our service couldn't have been better. The food is always amazing and the service was impeccable!

Went to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Loved the atmosphere was great and so was the food. Our server Anthony was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu. Will definitely be returning again and I hope that we can request Anthony.

The food was simply amazing. The service couldn't have asked for a better waiter. Vincent was personable, professional, funny and great at keep the drinks coming. He made the experience of the restaurant that much more pleasant.

Wedge salad, cowboy ribeye, and baked potato were all excellent. We also had really good red wine (Abstract by Orion Swift) I always sit at the bar to eat, and every once and a while you get a server that makes it a perfect evening. Matt is that guy, he was attentive, polite, and friendly. The Best !!

Went to Ruth Chris’s in Charlotte a couple months ago with some very good friends. Had a great meal with some great wines and my friend noticed a 4.5 L bottle in their wine cellar. He ended up buying the bottle storing in my wine cellar for a special occasion. Went to Nashville this past weekend to celebrate and brought the 4.5 L bottle, unfortunately upon opening the cork was rotten and the wine was corked. Called Ruth Chris’s to see if they would offer anything for the corked bottle told them we had the corked wine and the rotten cork but unfortunately was told “too bad nothing they could do”. Don’t think it was handled very well and might cut back our visits to Ruth Chris’s unfortunately because we do enjoy dining there.

We had a delicious meal and great experience as we always do with Ruth’s Chris. This was our first time to one in Charlotte. Our waiter Brian was friendly, prompt, and kind. He recommended the brussel sprouts for a new side to try and w e thought they were delicious. We hope to have him for a waiter next time. We ordered 2 filets, a wedge salad, the sweet potato casserole, and the one chocolate dessert. Our only disappointment was that they do not serve scallops currently at this restaurant but upon inquiring, we learned that the selection has not been as quality as they like to serve which is understandable. We hope the scallops do come back sometime as they are our favorite!
