As much as possible, the kitchen uses local seasonal ingredients and chef's homemade sauces to pair with the steaks and fresh seafood selections. Choose from the roasted aged prime rib to batter-dipped lobster tail. Or, guests may select from a host of "chef's plates" that show off the culinary talents of the team.
Highlights include poached lobster over fettuccini with roasted broccoli and caramelized onions in a Sambuca tomato sauce; Alaskan halibut paired with black garlic risotto, broccolini and smoked paprika-tarragon butter; and handmade pappardelle with assorted local seasonal veggies in a spicy white wine tomato broth.
