I love Great Food. The food was pwrfect and wonderful service! We tried so many different things, each one amazing. Our server was great, engaging and attentive. There was a lovely young girl with a beautiful accent budding for us and the moment a plate was empty or a glass half full she was there. A gentleman was right there to open the door when we arrived. We are the type of people to return to great service and the service here was exceptional.

Really enjoyed this steak house. The waiter Karl was an absolute pleasure with quick wit and he was very knowledgeable about the menu. We accidentally stayed after closing time chatting and didn't notice because no one asked us to leave. We apologized as we were leaving and they said they were simply glad we had a good time. 10/10, can't rate highly enough.

This was our second visit to Kreis' and both were near perfection. My wife swears it's the best steak she's ever had (and she tries to ruin them with over cooking) and my prime rib from our first visit and steak this time were delicious. The scallop appetizer was prepared perfectly and the salads enjoyable as well. The cheesecake is delicious beyond words. I think Richard was our server on both visits and his service was impeccable. An institution for a reason!

Good afternoon. On Sunday August 7 2022. My family had reservations for a birthday dinner. We were a party of 8 adults and an infant child. During our visit one host was extremely rude and dismissive. Apparently there was an issue with the infant child making noise. Not crying just being a 10 month old baby. We were asked to keep her quiet. I'm not sure of exactly what was expected of us but, babies make noise. ESPECIALLY infants. I asked to speak with a manager and was informed that the person who rudely told us to make the baby be quiet was in fact the assistant manager. He refused to return to our table and told our server in a voice loud enough for the entire room to hear to "hurry up and get them out of here " . We were rushed through the remainder of our meal. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable. If your establishment has a no children policy. This should have been explained to us either when the reservations were made or when we arrived. Not after we've spent hundreds of dollars and a $114.00 tip that honestly wasn't deserved.

Fine dining at its finest. The service was second to none. The prime rib was as good as advertised. Highly recommend it if you are craving prime rib. My girl had the 12 once fillet and it was cook to perfection. The dessert was good as well and sharable. Our server was always attentive and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this place for fine dining.
