Carmine's Steak House St. Louis

I was disappointed. The service was incredible, but the ambience was very informal for a fine dinning experience which showed beach volleyball and baseball on television as many patrons walked in wearing shorts. The food was average and definitely not worth the amount of money charged. I don’t mind spending money and know that you get what you pay for, but the ROI here was not worth the investment.

Carmines's was a really nice place and the service was fantastic. I wasn't a big fan of the candied scallops but my wife enjoyed them. My wife loved the carmine steak and I think the ribeye was pretty good, but not great. The risotto was really, really good and we liked the special garlic potatoes u gratin

From the time we walked in to the time we left the service was wonderful! We ordered the lobster bites, shrimp scampi, pepperloin, risotto, Cajun corn, and augratin potatoes, Gouda beer cheese soup. Skip the potatoes the rest is a must try! We asked our serve for recommendations and he pulled through. We will be coming back!

I travel for work all the time and always try new places. This was BY FAR top 5 out of all time fine dining restaurants. From the cocktails to the frog leg appetizer to the 45 day aged bone in rib-eye to the banana fosters cheesecake. I think I said omg 50 times as I enjoyed. Thanks so much! Next time I visit St. Louis I will be back!

This place is fantastic! The food was excellent!!! The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and all of the employees were very kind. Nicky was our server and she was the best server, hands down, that me and fiancé have ever had. She was very personable, kind, and had service that could not be matched! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent steakhouse or fine dining experience. The only thing I could mention was the valet parking was very confusing and I drove around the block three times trying to figure out how to get helped. I think this could be easily addressed with some better signage. It was clear there was valet parking, but where the entry was to get helped was very confusing. The valet man Carter was very kind though and helped us promptly after pulling up. This was a wonderful experience and I will certainly be returning!

I loved the service, but the food was not great. The place was very noisy. The appetizers that were suggested, were all breaded and fried. The steaks, potatoes and other sides were over seasoned. I eat at many steakhouses and would definitely pass this one for the many much better establishments in the area. If you make a good steak, You don't need to put too much seasoning in it!

A fun, yet sophisticated, atmosphere. I got the 10 oz steak andy partner got the Porterhouse steak. Both food items were excellent. Delicious bread and sides. Our waiter, Logan, made my birthday dinner here special.

Service was wonderful. Steak was dry and over-salted. Risotto was salty and watery, shrimp scampi was small and water logged. The dessert had unbreakable pecan shells in it, which thankfully didn't break a tooth. Service and management were wonderfully attentive and quickly removed the dessert from the menu. Again, the people were great the food was not. When you add Carmine's price point onto that food it was one of the more disappointing dining experiences I've had in over a decade.

This restaurant not only had delicious food, they also provided the best service! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our waiter Logan was the best waiter we have ever had. He took good care of us, was very patient as this was our first time eating here, and was also very personable. My daughter and I split a meal and he was sure to have them plate out meals separately which was such a nice touch. My husband ordered something of the menu and it came out perfect! It was great to see he was training a new staff member because his teachings will be valuable. Logan thank you for starting off our vacation on a great note!

My fiance and I ate here tonight. food was delicious and came hot quick. perfectly cooked. nothing topped the amazing service from Kimmy. the best waitress we have ever had in America. outstandingly knowledgeable and friendly. ask her her! highly recommended to eat here.
