My bill was over $200 I changed from one star to three to be fair. The food was not up to our expectations. Coming from other similar locations we thought we were In for a treat. People next to us was not dress appropriate. Continue utilizing profanity and loud. The food was not the best. I did not take a bag with me home i only ate 25% of the food. I did however leave a good tip because the service was good. I felt like I went to average restaurant with no dress code and cheap food. So I'm a little upset and my date said she will never return.

JENNA was our server AND SHE MADE THE EXPERIENCE JUST AMAZING! She was well informed on the menu, and made suggestions according to what we said we liked....

Chose this place for my mom’s birthday because when we went to one for my birthday, they decorated the table with birthday confetti and gave us a dessert with a candle that said Happy Birthday which I thought was fun. No decorated table, the waitress forgot to bring out the birthday dessert for my mom, and they placed us in the back open brightly lit room instead of the nicer dining area. So overall this was a bummer as I was looking forward to it being a nice birthday dinner for her. I usually don’t care about the little things, but when you’re paying $300+ for a meal, it makes a difference. Food was good though.

First time at Ruth's Chris, everything here was as you'd expect from an establishment selling itself as fine dining... complimentary valet parking, service, atmosphere and food were all very good. The dishes were very rich (almost too rich) and the portions were good but at the end of the meal we felt as though something was missing for the price. I don't know that I could say honestly that I'd go back.

I love Ruth Chris. Every single thing about it. The service, the food, the atmosphere, everything. It is worth the money once in a while to have a great dining experience and night out. I have never had one single problem there, it's always perfection!

This is a nice steak and seafood place but not what it once was a few years back. They scaled the menu down during Covid and a lot of my favorite dishes are gone. The once loved scalloped potatoes are no longer sliced, now they are tiny cubes and the portion is very small. I had the shrimp cocktail which was very fresh. The steak was nicely trimmed and perfectly cooked. One of my favorite salads is still on the menu, Ruth's Chopped salad. The ingredients are the same but the presentation has changed. It seems like the huge turnover of employees know nothing about the old Ruth's Chris and what the food was like before. Even the menu is a plastic disk like you'd see at Chili's instead of the elegant book style. Every restaurant that turns corporate eventually sells out and loses its original magic.

Fantastic service from Zack! I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and she got a special birthday dessert. Drinks are amazing here. We had the dirty martini and the Manhattan and both were perfectly delicious. We had the steak and lobster and stuffed chicken and all were cooked and prepared absolutely perfectly. It was a perfect dinner for a perfect night!
