Steaks, of course, are the focus at Fleming's. They are hand-selected USDA prime, certified Angus and Wagyu beef, and are all aged a minimum of 21 days for optimum flavor. Fleming's aims to set itself apart from its competitors with modern accents on steak accompaniments such as truffle-poached lobster, Diablo shrimp and lump crab meat that's Oscar style with béarnaise sauce.
Appetizers are even above the norm with creative offerings such as tenderloin carpaccio, pan-crisped pork belly and lobster tempura. Fleming's also prides itself in pairing steaks with an exceptional wine-focused program that offers 100 wines by the glass.
The Livonia outpost is located near all major expressways. It's also approximately 20 minutes from Detroit Metropolitan Airport, downtown casinos, Ann Arbor and Southfield.
