This casual neighborhood eatery is all about the meat (sweats). Urban Butcher boasts a variety of steak, chops and multiple carnivore-obsessed offerings, but the star of the menu is The Meat Mountain. That consists of a sizzling display for two of a 60 plus-day, dry-aged rib-eye, Heritage Woodland pork chop, Meadow View Farm ground lamb grillers, Urban Butcher chicken sausages, potato purée and charred broccolini.
