Used All American Steakhouse for my Grandmother's wake. They were so accommodating with the last minute afternoon party room rental and remained flexible...

My experience at All American Steakhouse was one of wild swings of quality that ultimately averaged out to good but not great. The server brought me some fresh baked rolls (literally out of the oven hot) that were fantastic and really reminded of O’Charleys or Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the chicken finger appetizer and the chicken fingers were some of the best I’ve ever had in my life sitting on top of lukewarm, clearly under a heat lamp fries. I ordered a medium strip steak and ended up getting medium well and while the portion size was good for the price, the steak ended up being incredibly bland. There was no crust, nearly no sear, despite being over cooked. For sides, I got the bacon potatoes au gratin and while they were quite tasty, there was no bacon anywhere involved. I got the mashed potatoes and they were bland and lukewarm as well. Meanwhile the service was great. My server was super friendly, never let my drink get low, always checked in. So again, wild swings of quality here. If I go back, I’ll just get the chicken tenders and fries as an entree portion and ask the fries to be cooked fresh. That and the rolls will make a great meal that will hopefully add the fifth star.

We got there just after 6pm on Saturday and were seated immediately (we chose to sit in the sports theatre). The service and the food were excellent and each course came at just the right time. The prices were also reasonable.

Went to have dinner with friends and tell stories. Atmosphere was nice, not loud and not eerily quiet. There was bar seating with TV work sports games, we sat at a booth and conversed. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt and checked on us just enough to make sure we were taken care of. I remember her name but not how to spell it. Someone celebrated their birthday and the were sung happy birthday, but it wasn't one of those obnoxious loud ones that tries to embarrass you.

Don't order carryout as you won't be able to complain about your order after finding the burger overcooked and underseasoned, steak overcooked and dry, fries mushy, and extras missing. Horrible attitude by the front staff really tops off the whole experience. Will likely not go back. Something changed in the last couple years and I'm surprised this place is still open if they haven't fixed any of the issues. Original 5* post that was up for years: Great beer, great food, great service. One of the best burgers in Baltimore.

It's a steakhouse, but does have a few non-steak options, but could use more. Service is usually pretty good, but servers and even managers tend to hang out at empty tables, not very professional. Tons of tv's, but no sound, though since they are on different channels, sound would be hard - there is another local establishment that puts speakers on your table and you control which tv you hear, might be something to consider here. When there's a game on or it's trivia night in the bar (aka sports theater), it's very loud, even in the dining room.

Unfortunately, service was lacking. I ordered my appetizer buffalo wings 20 minutes later I put the order in for my dinner came out before my appetizer Our meals did not come out simultaneously, nor did she check to see if our food was correct. I requested a hot tea never received it. I felt rushed mistake was not cooked medium I had a damn near well steak in the past I’ve always have an excellent experience but today was different me and my individual who has intellectual disabilities did not enjoy our dinner; not to mention the waitress was not personable my individual spoke to her several times attempted to spark a small conversation, and she acted as if she was something scary, so she did not engage This is very unfortunate because I really love this place..
