Ruth’s Chris Steak House Berlin

Best restaurant experience of my life. Took my wife there for an anniversary dinner and the experience was perfect. We arrived for our reservation and we were greeted with happy anniversary which was so nice. The service was top tier and the food was beyond amazing. I ordered the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection, my wife got the crab cakes and it was amazing. When we got desert we got a creme bruelle and they wrote happy anniversary on there which was such a nice touch. Can’t wait to come back again

Place has rich history. Food is phenomenal. The steak I had was prepared a certain way and I could taste it. The portions are also huge. I told them I'd be splitting a baked potato with another person of my party and they gave us two regular sized baked potato that was originally one split in half and then prepared again.

The restaurant was beautiful, the food and service, AMAZING! Thank you Timber and Zach for making my husband’s birthday dinner one to remember! The tower of seafood appetizer was worth every penny! And for dessert, the banana cream pie was out of this world!

Timber was great and so was his assistant Jackson! Timber gave us a rundown on the history of the place and provided great service. The food was to perfection, glad we came!

Incredible dining experience. You’re going to want to make sure you eat very little earlier on in the day, that’s for sure. Wonderful staff, delicious food, and a great environment.

Kudos to John Miles and the two Gabes and the entire team at Ruth's Chris ,Berlin. MD.on the grounds of Glen Riddle golf course. My wife and I went for our anniversary. It was exceptional. From the Lobster bisque to the New York strip just fantastic. Please try the blue cheese crust added to the steak and the Lobster Mac and cheese ,out of this world. Everything we ordered was excellent and the service is second to none. Keep up the great work and we will see you in the very near future. Easy 5 stars 🌟 Matt and Lisa Cooper. Ps. Enjoyed a lovely anniversary dinner here. I can honestly say this was the best steak I have ever eaten. The service was impeccable and it was truly a dining experience.

Went here for my friends birthday this Saturday, spent almost $300 for just the two of us, and my experience here was not good. By the end of the night, my friend’s birthday was ruined and since I planned the night, I felt horrible. Let me start off by saying that I made this reservation weeks in advance and specified that it was for a birthday with a request for a candle on my friend’s dessert. When we walked in, he was given a birthday card and we were seated. Our waiter came over to us and introduced himself, asked who’s birthday it was and said happy birthday to my friend. Our appetizer was amazing so we were super excited for our entrees. We ordered steaks, both medium and they came out well done. There was NO pink in sight. My friend ordered a lobster tail with his steak and that was overcooked as well. We said okay, at least it has a good taste and so continued eating since our waiter was no where in sight. Our waiter finally came over to ask me how it was cooked and I let them know both of our steaks were very overcooked. I was offered another but by that time I was halfway done with my steak and felt bad asking for another and thought what was the point at that time? The manager came over and offered us free dessert. l, of course, said okay. It’s unfortunate that was the best they could do considering their dessert is extremely cheap compared to their entrees. I was excited for dessert and knew that since they gave my friend a birthday card, they definitely saw my request when I made the reservation. So the dessert came out and when I was handed my dessert, the plate had “happy anniversary” written on it. I literally laughed out loud. I did not say anything because I was extremely upset at this point and didn’t want to make a scene at the restaurant. We brushed it off and ate our dessert. Not even 5 minutes later, the table next to us gets a birthday dessert with a candle in it. What a joke it was. I made this plan special for my friend’s birthday and it was totally ruined. I paid so much money for an amazing dinner and yet by the end of the night, I was crying. I could have gone to a cheaper restaurant that I’ve been to many times and would have known the steak would come out perfect and they would have followed my request on the reservation. I just wanted to have a nice, upscale dinner. I will never eat here again.

Always a wonderful experience. Not only is the food amazing but our server Linda is top notch. She is personable, professional, and makes you feel special at each visit. The staff who assist her are always attentive and polite.
