My experience was very beautiful! The family was celebrating my sons birthday and our waiter Shane made sure everything was awesome. The Hostess Tanesha was amazing as well. They were very attentive to our every need. It also made us feel special when they came around to our table to make sure all was good. When celebrating any occasion this is the place to be. Don't forget ask for Shane and say hello to Tanisha. Happy eats!

We visited this restaurant on vacation. Staff was great. The only thing keeping it from 5/5 stars was the way my steak was cooked. I asked for medium and it was rare in the middle. But we took that part back to the hotel to warm up later. Amazing sides; I'd totally order the asparagus and fries again.

I went to Ruth Chris Steak house on May 15, 2022. I waited extra long for the food and over 15 minutes for my credit card after splitting a check. The waiter was asked to bring the cards back and he said , “he wanted to make sure he had everything correct for the split.” He brings back the cards and ask us to reexplain the split. This was a red flag for me so I definitely held on to my receipt. I signed a receipt for $85 and the other party a check for a little over $140. So to my surprise when I was charged over $230. This happen because the bill was closed out wrong. This was the biggest inconvenience which I explained to the manager and Karen in corporate. I explained I occurred additional fees because of their mistake and I was told they would investigate. I sent my receipt and later was told that they would get my money once they located the $140+ from the other party. I explained that it was illegal and theft to hold me responsible for their error. While the company is looking for their money what about the other fees I occurred. There was no resolution for my additional fees I incurred just a sorry but the company wanted me to locate the additional party, after I told them to call their credit card company. I explained this was a person I haven’t seen for 20 years and the party who paid the bill was no friend of mines. Instead of them contacting the credit card company they choose to make their problem my problem after I paid what I agreed to pay!

Where do I begin…please do not waste your money on this bootleg Outback Steakhouse presenting itself like it’s upscale dining. We ordered from our adjacent hotel room and not only did the food arrive cold, they forgot one of our sides. You would think that the proximity of our room being right next to the restaurant would guarantee a hot meal but nope. My boyfriends steak was so undercooked that it was almost inedible, and the sides were salty. My 8oz steak was definitely only a 6oz. And the PRICES??? Not even close to being worth ANY of the money. You have to buy sides separate from the already overpriced steaks. Who orders a steak and nothing else?? I have never been more dissatisfied. Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning.

I met a friend here for happy hour/dinner while in Baltimore for business. The happy hour prices are great and so are the drinks. We decided to sit at the bar because we were there mostly for the drinks. As expected from Ruth Chris, the service was phenomenal. I had the steak sandwich and he had the burger. There were no complaints from either of us. The drinks were tasty as well. I would definitely come back again.
