Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse Baltimore

Have been enjoying the happy hour and meals here about once a week. Love the drinks and amazing food there. Try the cheeses on the bar along with the smoked salmon and the vegetables before dining on the exceptional cuts of meat that will blow your mind. Wine bottles are half price every night and they go great with meats. Do not eat before you come here! Try to get Ben in the dining room and Oscar in the bar!! Ben or Dalton are awesome to speak with to learn about everything and pick wines.

Went there for brunch over the weekend. As always, the food was amazing. They had both breakfast and lunch items, so we had the best of both. Chef made mini waffles and made to order omelets. The marketplace bar had a light cake with banana cream to go on top which was delicious. The selection of meats and the sides were wonderful as always. Service was A+. Highly, highly recommend.

Had a reservation for dinner on Saturday night & even though the restaurant was extremely busy, we were sat promptly. The food was excellent, especially all of the different cuts of meat to choose from, and I loved the variety of healthy options at the salad bar. Our server Corrie was on top of every single aspect of our meal from start to finish, and her attention to detail really added that much more to our fantastic experience. Thanks Fogo & Corrie!

We celebrated Christmas Eve with an early dinner for our first trip to Fogo in Baltimore. The food was excellent as always but what always makes a visit to Fogo a treat was the service. Our server was Daniela and she was superb. Both floor managers came by our table several times. The meat runners were hustling and really well trained, just friendly enough to make things pleasant and to not slow down the service. What I like a lot about Fogo is each location I go to {three in DC area and now Baltimore} is that the feel is different and suited to the community. Baltimore is casual and comfortable while downtown DC is much more stiff and formal. So while it is a large corporation they have really found a way to let their staff express itself. Thanks to the huge crew needed to make a dinner like this happen any night but especially on Christmas Eve.

MANNY IS BY FAR THE MOST PHENOMENAL SERVER IVE EVER HAD. Personalized the visit, made it fun, exciting, welcome and made the whole experience even better. I’ve been here to Fogo on multiple occasions and to other restaurants and have had amazing experiences every time I’ve come however this one takes the cake. He is the definition of going above and beyond. This man needs to be promoted ASAP cannot find individuals like him that easy. THANK YOU MANNY!
