First time diner to this restaurant. Absolutely amazing experience. From the market sides, hot sides, and the endless amount of fresh carved meat, every option was absolutely delicious. Almost couldn’t stop ourselves. Faith was the first person to greet us at our table and she was so sweet and so helpful and gave us everything we needed. Landon was prompt and concerned about our satisfaction throughout the night. We must thank all of the staff for their amazing service this evening. We really enjoyed our girls night!

Absolutely a must. Well worth the price. Choice cuts of meat brought to your table cooked the way you want it. James brought us so many different meats. He anticipated our needs and brought each choice without overwhelming us. Sabian and Andrew were excellent. Don't go there with anything but an empty stomach. The only thing I didn't like was they asked if we wanted spring or sparkling water but didn't let us know that it wasn't complimentary or included. That was an additional $5 each for spring water.

We have had two excellent experiences dining at this location! We had a delightful server , Miss Daniel who has gone above and beyond to make my family feel right at home. The staff, managers frequented our table to make sure we had refills, sampled all of 26 meats and to make sure we were taken care off. Next time I’m visiting I will be sure to stop by and request Miss Daniel. Restaurant is clean , bathrooms are well kept and the food is excellent!! :)

This restaurant was eloquent. Although I don’t eat meat they had some seafood options to choose from. The service was amazing. The Manager James Was very customer Friendly. Our server Alexis was the best, a very hard polite worker. And the other server named Landon made funny jokes making the experience even better. 10 out of 10!! Oh and the cheese cake is everything.

Our guide, Alexis was very accommodating and constantly checking on us! The meat was cooked perfectly and when asked for a specific cook on the filet, they brought us out a fresh piece done to our liking. The “gauchos” were extremely friendly. Making the process fun and inviting. We also brought our kids and our 6 year old was free and our 8 year old was 1/2 price. Great deal 👍🏼

This was my first time dinning here and my server Naomi made the experience 10 times better. She was an excellent server, very patient, so sweet. My time couldn’t have been better dining here thanks to her. The food was so delicious, I didn’t even have time to snap a picture. I will most definitely be dinning here again!

So many people work here and so many different people helped us, but this unique restaurant was hard for us to understand and navigate at first. It wasn't until James came by and really took the extra time to explain the process to my elderly mother that we truly understood how to proceed. Amazing food, unique concept but the winner of our experience by far was this kind and charismatic man. Absolutely hope to be able to go back soon.

Made a reservation 2 months in advance for a Birthday celebration. The server took about 25 minutes to come to the table. All the meat that was served was cold and old. The salad bar had ZERO options. Mostly lettuce and cheese and no one was tending to it because it was a mess. They sat us across from the bar which had a pile of dishes sitting there our entire time. Our server then “mistakenly” switched our bill with another table. The whole night was a mess and the management acted oblivious to everything going on when he actually watched us sit and wait for a server while he ate his lunch at the bar before speaking to us to “get someone right away” as if he hadn’t ate his lunch for 25 minutes already. It was almost comedic how they claim this to be higher end dining. The employees seem to have come from Fast Food at best. Safe to say I won’t be returning.
