All the steaks are hand chosen exclusively for Jeff Ruby Steakhouses. Specialty entrees include a signature burger, broiled Berkshire pork chop and roast chicken. This location has been recognized as "Louisville's Best Upscale Steakhouse" by the readers of Louisville Magazine. There is live entertainment on an elevated bar and a high-energy atmosphere to add to the vibrant backdrop.
The common thread throughout the Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse brand is the large, hand-painted, Art Deco mural hanging in each restaurant. The Louisville mural sits center stage and includes an homage to noteworthy parts of its skyline and local stars. It also includes Kentucky-inspired menu items, such as the Kentucky Bibb salad (crispy country ham, Kenny's Bleu Gouda, oyster mushrooms, bourbon-sorghum dressing) and Maker's Mark mousse cake.
