Would be a 4 star place if they could just make an area for smokers. It is highly gross 🤢 how you can barely breath in there. I only go for their poker because you have a better chance at winning something and the air is cleaner back there.

Place is nice, but the people are too intolerant. I made comment to the table about the progress of the game. apparently the guy was new and there was a dealer behind him telling him what to do every step through the hand. i understand being slow but the guy had no training and we had two hands in 10 minutes. I think that not good, two years ago the horseshoe had probably the best dealers around. they need to start people on slower days and not a Friday night. anyways they called the floor and Cynthia told me an ultimatum either stand up for the 30 minutes or be quiet. i asked her if this was America and she did not like that. i did not call names or use fowl language and she ended up calling security. they eventually kicked me out for the day. i never seen anyone kicked out for so little. well here is why i will not go there again. Very low pay out once you win can not even get a bonus. While I appreciate the reply back I have played at several casinos all over the world and I am aware of pay outs. After a thousand dollars it is nothing random the machines was not even doing what they said that they would. To play two hundred spins and not one bonus something is wrong. Very Accommodating lots of play options wide range of slots & tables with various amounts. Staff is nice and the food is good. The new remodel is pretty inviting. Only downside is it has it busy moments.
