Eddie Merlot's - Indianapolis
One of Indianapolis' most prominent steakhouses is an import from Columbus, Ohio. Eddie Merlot's is a wine-focused eatery that also showcases prime-aged steaks. Each location is distinct in look, but all feature vibrant artwork certain to be conversation starters.
All steaks--which are hormone, antibiotic and steroid-free--are aged a minimum of 21 days, hand-selected and primarily cut in-house. They range from a 16-ounce bone-in filet mignon to a 16-ounce prime ribeye. Reserve cuts include Greg Norman's signature wagyu, and those looking for leaner cuts may choose from bison filet mignon or bone-in bison ribeye.
Non-meat options include vegetarian pan-seared gnocchi, cedar-roasted salmon and crab-stuffed shrimp. All dressings for the salads are made in house. .
