So I’ve never been anywhere that reserved seats at the bar. What?!? The coconut shrimp and lobster bisque were fantastic. The Oysters Rockefeller was spinach straight out of the can gross. Bartender was awesome. Front staff followed me to my seat after I went out to the bathroom to make sure I wasn’t sneaking in. Gordon Ramsey Steak will do this place some good. Or at least that’s what the casino bartenders who were seated at the bar as soon as their shift was over said is the rumor. Btw. Nearly all of the tables are open. It’s Friday night.

The service was awesome and the food was amazing! Leaving off 1 star cause of the reservation deal. If you don't have a reservation, you can only sit at the bar... there were PLENTY of tables available when we entered and most of them were still empty when we were leaving.

Very very good food and service!! It is super pricey but definitely recommend for just a couples night out at the casino.

Good food. Nice atmosphere. Good service.. The porterhouse was very good. Would recommend the coconut shrimp. The best we've ever had.

Terrible service. We let the wait staff know we were attending the Joan Jett show. It took 20 minutes for our waiter to come over and get our drink order. And we put our order in right away since he mentioned the kitchen was behind. We got our salad within 10 minutes. It was fine (although never cleared the plates for the entirety of our 1 and 1/2 hr stay). But an hour later we didn’t have our entrees. We kept hearing other tables complaining they were waiting for over an hour and we’re also trying to make the show. So we asked about our food and they kept promising it was coming. We got to the point where we had to leave without eating in order to make our show. This place apparently has a huge issue with accommodating patrons coming to see shows. Go elsewhere for dinner if you’re coming to see a show at The Venue. The staff is not very friendly and just feeds lies, not food.
